Hey friend! I am so excited you are here! Welcome back to the podcast! Today I dive into a topic that is near and dear to my heart because I have been in this cycle FOR A LONG TIME! I am a go-getter, a fixer, someone who sees a problem and then starts figuring out how to get what I want…AND I would always look first to what I was DOING. I would look at my habits, actions, to-do list, schedule…I would look, and I would get down on myself because of the actions I was taking. I felt like I wasn’t doing enough (even though I was busy); I felt like I SHOULD be able to build in these healthy habits…even though I would fall short constantly… I didn’t even realize I was making one of the oldest mistakes in the book!
